The places. The little details.
The way you move through your day.
MAKE “SOMEDAY” SPECIFIC.
A quiet morning in a place that feels like home. Speaking with ease. Making the work you care about. VividMemos is designed to put you inside that moment—not on the outside, looking at it.
A SMALL TASTE OF THE RITUAL
Press play. Let the details come into focus. Imagine this is an ordinary moment in the life you're building.
Real eight-second AI anchor, looping beneath illustrative captions. This web preview is caption-led, not the app's finished voice-guided session.
No signup. No new AI generation. Just a glimpse.
The morning light falls across your desk.
PERSONAL FROM THE FIRST MOMENT
Share the scenes you want to live—and how you want to feel, act, and relate to the people around you. This becomes your personal future-self profile.
A personal scene, warm guided narration, and captions bring your future-self story into the present tense. Less explaining your goals. More imagining yourself living them.
A fresh daily narrative draws on your profile, with a renewed visual anchor each month. No daily check-in. Finish the session, then take your next real-world step.

REHEARSE THE PERSON. NOT JUST THE PRIZE.
Not only the studio you want. Your hands, already at work. Not only the room you're walking into. The ease in your voice when you speak.
Make room for that version of yourself in your imagination. Then meet your day.

In Chapter 3, Maxwell Maltz describes mental rehearsal: imagining yourself already acting and feeling in the desired way, with concrete sensory detail. VividMemos takes that idea into a personal, guided future-self experience.
The two-minute format is our brief creative adaptation—not Maltz's prescribed duration, not a proven equivalent, and not a promise that imagination produces an outcome.
Maltz's original exercise, on pages 45–46 of the linked edition, proposes a daily half-hour practice. Later advice by Matt Furey suggests beginning with five minutes. Neither prescribes VividMemos's two-minute format.

A FEW CLEAR ANSWERS
The core experience is a personal, two-minute guided future-self visualization. The scene is an anchor for imagining how you live and show up—not a daily feed of new videos, quotes, or habit check-ins.
The planned session opens with an eight-second visual anchor and its own sound. The image then loops silently beneath warm, personal guided narration and synchronized captions. A new narrative draws on your future-self profile each day; the visual anchor is refreshed monthly. The experience is still in private quality testing.
Not publicly yet. VividMemos is in internal TestFlight testing for iPhone. A public download link and pricing have not been announced. You can explore the interactive preview on this page today; it is not the final 120-second narrated session.
No. This is a creative mental-rehearsal experience, not treatment or a promise of outcomes. The app's efficacy has not been established in clinical trials. Imagining a future doesn't replace choices, effort, practical planning, or support.
Personalization uses the future-life details you choose to share. Review final privacy terms, retention information, and AI-provider disclosures before using the released app. This page collects no photos, profile details, or email addresses.
